I'm almost always keeping each season at 7 days except for equatorial weather, where I lock on Summer. I set up the weather and temperature range I'd like for each climate with Nraas Tempest. My year is 30 days long. Summer and Winter are 8 days each and Autumn and Spring are 7 days each.

I can barely fit all the activities I set out to do in one day because it goes by so fast, and half of the day already gets wasted on chores. so if there is ANY WAY to make the full day longer, and if there is a mod that makes some tasks (mainly gardening) go by faster, please let me know. 6 9

it's possible to change the length of each life stage in the options menu. i cant recall which tab it is, but one of the first few with a plumbob on it. you can change each stage, as well as turning it off completely, or making them all generally longer or shorter. jelloman3190 โข 3 mo. ago

Making the Days Longer I saw that some guy called inf666 on the official Sims 3 forums (quote below) had modded his game so that one sim-day would take 2 IRL hours. Normally I would PM him, but because those forums are broken I am unable to contact him. He said that he edited his "time table XML files" to slow things down.
